Competition open from April 20^th 2023 and runs until April 27^th 2023 9pm AEDT, Australian residents only. Winner will be selected on Friday April 28^th and notified via Instagram DM.

Travel to and from Sydney and associated accommodation for the Sydney Seafood School experience will be at the winner’s own expense. Voucher is valid for three years.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Competition dates: 20 April 2023 – 27 April 2023

1. There is one (1x) Mother’s Day gift pack to give away, for adults aged over 18 years. The winner will be notified by social media direct message (DM) on 28th April 2023.
2. By entering, you are agreeing to be added to the Vegepod database, you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The prize pack includes;

One (1 x) Vegepod Kitchen Garden in your choice of gloss black or gloss white valued at $349 RRP.

One (1 x) Vegepod apron (one size fits all) in black valued at $30.

One (1 x) signed copy of Danielle Alvarez’s cookbook “Always Add Lemon” valued at $50 RRP

One (1 x) digital gift voucher for the Sydney Seafood School valid for three years and to the value of AUD $250.

Postage and handling within Australia.

5. The prize is valued at approximately $700.
6. The prize pack does not include potting mix, seedlings or seeds for the Kitchen Garden. Nor does it include flights, accommodation, travel insurance, car hire or any other third party associated costs with travelling to Sydney to redeem the Sydney Seafood School gift voucher. Any inter or intra-state travel to Sydney is to be at the winner’s own expense and they have three years to redeem this gift voucher. The contents of the prize pack is not redeemable for cash or any other products.
7. All elements of the prize pack are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Block out periods may apply around key events and holiday periods. Terms and Conditions for prize components may vary, as stipulated by individual operators.
8. The winning entry will be judged as part of a game of skill based on the entry requirements outlined in the competition copy originally posted on the @vegepod Australia social media handles and within their competition EDM from 20 April.
9. The prize includes only what is specified in the prize package outlined in the terms and conditions and does not include any additional items such as travel insurance, medical insurance or any other insurance, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, telephone or other incidentals or ancillary costs. All such costs are the responsibility of the winner.
10. Two (2) attempts will be made by Vegepod to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within three (3) days of competition completion, the prize will be deemed unaccepted and no redraw will be entered into.
11. The value of the prize is accurate as at the commencement of this promotion.
12. Vegepod Australia accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after this date.
13. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
14. If the prize (or any part of the prize) is unavailable, Vegepod, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
15. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of participating prize providers, if for any reason a winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that elements of the prize will be forfeited and will not be exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
16. Vegepod and/or any employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents, and companies providing prize elements, reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner or any/all companions to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if it determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. The winner and their companions may be required to sign a legal release and/or other documentation in a form determined by Vegepod in its absolute discretion.
17. The winner accepts their prize at their own risk. To the full extent permitted by law neither Vegepod, and/or any of their employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents, and companies providing major prizes for the promotion, will not be held liable for any liability/ loss/ damage/ expense/ death/ personal injury suffered or incurred or any dispute (including, but not limited to, direct/indirect/consequential loss) arising out of, or in connection with, this promotion, the provision of prizes, use or participation in such prizes or promotion of this competition.

    21. Who may enter
    a. Only the person who entered the competition may be awarded the prize.
    b. Entrants may not be employees of, or contractors to, the promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition.
    c. Entrants must be currently residing in Australia, and over 18 years of age.
19. Special conditions
    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers witH the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

    To enter, entrants must:
