Its very important the Shade Cover is considered for emergency short term use only. We consider temperatures above 35 degrees ideal for use - for a maximum duration of 48 hours.
Extended use will be detrimental to plant growth and health.

Return & Refund Policy
Every Vegepod purchase comes with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer a 100-day return policy, meaning you have 100 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) will be required to process your return.
Returns
To begin a return for an order that has already been delivered, please contact us at info@vegepod.com.au, and our team will guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with shipping instructions.
Please allow up to 14 days for the entire return process to be completed, from the time you initiate your request to when your refund is finalised.
Items sent back to us without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Customers may ship the product back to Vegepod at their own expense or request a prepaid return shipping label from Vegepod for $20 per item. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you’ve placed an order and need to make a change — such as updating your delivery address or selecting a different product configuration — please contact us right away.
If your order has already shipped, a reroute fee may apply.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@vegepod.com.au so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take up to one week for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
